Four community colleges and a university 300 miles away have joined together in the Arkansas Delta Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Expansion Project (ADSTEP). Supported by funding from the National Science Foundation, project initiatives promote STEM educational/career pathways. Methods for recruitment and retention of students will be shared.
