Carrolton-Farmers Branch ISD has successfully piloted and implemented the custom Portfolio Service through Bridges Transitions Co. that allows students to begin in the 8th grade to create a comprehensive four- to six-year high school plan using assessments that link programs of study to college and the workplace. CFB-ISD utilizes the Reporting and On Track features to focus on campus planning procedures and monitor student progress towards graduation.
